Customer Development Executive

Premiere Healthcare, a leading service provider in the healthcare industry throughout the UK are looking to recruit a new member to their expanding sales team.

Working within a busy and dynamic company as part of a small sales team, you will support the sales department and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales support or customer service environment. They will be highly motivated and an energetic team player with a positive can-do attitude.

 

Job Description

Answering majority of incoming calls

Assist Field Assessors with quotations & follow up calls

Responding to customer queries by both phone and email
Coordinate with other departments, such as rentals, servicing & repairs and despatch
Diary management for the assessors including booking of appointments.

Maintain & update CRM Database

Book special deliveries with customers

Develop Relationships with Healthcare Professionals & Nursing Home Customers

Perform ad hoc administrative duties supporting others in the office

 

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and friendly nature. Customer focused with excellent communication, prioritisation skills and highly motivated, with a positive, determined, driven and can-do attitude.

Previous experience of working directly with Healthcare Professionals advantageous. This role will provide training however previous administrative experience is essential.

 

Desirable skills:

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

Working knowledge of Sage 50 & Sage ACT
